Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Located very close to the railway station, this hotel could be convenient for budget travelers and trekkers. the location also offers easy access to local markets. the rooms were passable, and some had functioning AC and windows.

The customer service was consistently terrible, ranging from rude and unhelpful staff to issues with bed bugs and food poisoning.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I found the location to be very convenient with key attractions and transportation easily accessible. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had good wifi and offered daily housekeeping service.

The room was quite small and lacked adequate lighting. The bathroom was not well-maintained and the shower had inconsistent water temperature.
